starts by texting you and then asking permission to call, he makes an appointment, usually for 90 mins, he will then confirm by 9am on the day of the appointment, first by texting asking permission to call to confirm, THEN one minute before he is due to arrive he will text saying he wishes to cancel the appointment, he then ignores his phone. Also uses the name Martin on 2 different numbers.
